Went for a birthday on a Sunday. The service was excellent, friendly, and accommodating (they even sang happy birthday, as it was my Dad's 75th). Their Sunday lunches were great. I had salmon, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and got to taste both beef and lamb. Both were so nicely cooked, tender, fall apart in the mouth. The calamari starter was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend it for Sunday lunches, as it's the best I've had in the area. We will definitely be visiting again.
First time here celebrating our mother's birthday. Food was fabulous, service was excellent and the decor was wonderful. The prices are extremely competitive and great value for money. A daily set menu was available, 2 course for 15 or 3 course for 21. You can pay 3 to upgrade to the salmon dish which I would highly recommend. 5 to upgrade to the steak which I will do next time. Absolutely fab. Food was the best I had for a long time, service unobtrusive yet there when needed. Really a treat will definitely be going back. And very reasonably priced, especially early bird menu! Still great but early bird menu more limited
Absolutely incredible! Ordered as takeout and still received restaurant quality. Large portions full of flavour and very filling. Worth every penny!
